I think I win the "big bang" contest for our class! WHOAH!

After graduating from BHS, I attended the University of South Dakota and obtained my B.A. in English. Following graduation from USD, I attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha and received my Master's Degree in Health Education in 1995. I married Jerry Dorn, whom I met at USD, in August of '95. We have 2 children. Austin is 7 and Elyse is 5. We currently live and work in Omaha.

I've been at the Wellness Council of the Midlands for almost 13 years. We're a nonprofit organization that assists and trains companies on wellness programs at the worksite. My husband teaches Middle School (aka "Jr. High") for Westside and he has even had some students whose parents were our classmates in Blair! (God bless teachers!) Jerry also serves in the South Dakota Air National Guard out of Sioux Falls, SD. He's been to Qatar and Iraq on two separate tours with Operation Iraqi Freedom.

My parents moved from Blair to their lake home in Minnesota almost 5 years ago, so we no longer have the family home on North 16th. My dad will also be in town celebrating his 50 year class reunion from BHS the same weekend as ours!

I can't wait to see you all this summer!
